This is not an optimal time of the week to go out and celebrate with work and waking up in the morning so we have started to plan a surprise day of events for him this Saturday. My girlfriend agreed to be the designated driver as long as I pay for her food and drink. That sounded perfect to me because we are starting at a local brewery the birthday boy has talked about wanting to check out. From there it is to a beer bar stocked with California microbrews and then to a favorite bar downtown at night. I’m ready to get this show on the road. It is keeping me going through the workweek.

Our perfume and cologne is set for the night out which we’ll definitely need after walking around the brewery tour. My girlfriend recently went shopping for women's perfume that just came in the mail so she’s excited to use it that night. Beer, girlfriends, men and cologne—all the elements for a good time.
